By accessing and using Readpoly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Readpoly is a language learning platform that provides:

• Interactive reading content in multiple languages
• Vocabulary building and word management tools
• Text-to-speech functionality for pronunciation learning
• Bookmarking and content organization features
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Content creation and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Readpoly offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited daily usage with basic features
• Premium Plan: Unlimited access to all features and priority support

5.2 Billing and Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5.3 Subscription Management

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Readpoly expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Readpoly and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Readpoly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.
